On the 26th of June, 2022, the Enugu residence of Rt. Hon. Ogbuefi Ozomgbachi was filled to the brim as he hosted all his supporters in order to acknowledge the roles each and everyone of them played during the just concluded PDP primaries.
During his speech which he started by recognizing some of the dignitaries that were present, ranging from the Local Government Chairman of Ezeagu, Hon. Chukwudi Ozoeluba and numerous other friends and well wishers, he reflected on how the journey started 3 years ago, how him and his team started building structures across Enugu West Senatorial Zone.
According to him, we succeeded in building massive structures and support base across Enugu West for the purpose of getting the party's senatorial ticket. This support base is so overwhelming to my imagination, they worked tirelessly in order to make sure we succeeded in winning the primaries.
He further expressed how happy he is as regards the love and support from his friends and well wishers. He also thanked the party executives and all the delegates who stood and voted for him during the election.
Furthermore, he pleaded with his supporters not to feel too bad as regards the outcome of the primaries as he promised them that more good things will still come. He prayed that God should support their different endeavours, also he promised to always be at their Beck and Call.
The Chairman of Ezeagu, Hon. Chukwudi Ozoeluba who also spoke during the occasion, thanked everybody for the roles they played, especially those from Ezeagu. He further pleaded with them to support all those that emerged victorious during the election.
The event ended with love, unity, happiness and merriment from the supporters of Rt. Hon. Ogbuefi Ozomgbachi across Enugu West Senatorial Zone and Enugu State in general.
