The CEO of Estycharity Care Foundation and member Nigerian Youth Parliament 4th Session, Hon Ogbuefi Esther on the 13th of January, 2022, in her usual way of fulfilling her promise and helping the needy in her constituency, paid WAEC Fees for Chinaecherem  Nnadi, a Student of St Paul Secondary School Eke in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State. 
Hon Esther Ogbuefi who represented Enugu West in the Nigerian Youth Parliament rewarded the Student for showing brilliance and answering a critical question she asked during the international day of the girl child in 2020.

Hon Esther Ogbuefi in her speech, advised the students to be good ambassadors of the society, while also thanking the executive Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ifeanyichukwu Lawrence Ugwuanyi and Rt. Hon. Barr. Chima Obieze for giving her the opportunity to serve, urging the younger ones to emulate his kind nature.
Hon. Esther was accompanied to the school by Technical Assistant to the Executive Governor of Enugu State  Hon. Ejike Celestine Amaechi and  Enugu state PDP-NYM chairman Comr. Francis  Obiora Nyia. Hon. Ejike Celestine Amaechi advised the students on life goals, carrier choice and proper orientation. He also paid school fees of some of the Students and donated academic materials to encourage the future Leaders. While Comr. Obiora Nyia  advised the students on the need to participate and make use of their civic rights, participate in leadership and development of their immediate communities and country at large and as well take their education seriously. He also paid the school fees of some of the Students as a means of encouragement.
The Principal who couldn't contain his joy for the kind gesture showed to his school, thanked the delegates for remembering his school while admonishing  the students to take their education seriously so as to benefit and attract more of such opportunities to the School in the future.
